Biography

Associate Professor Rosanne Coutts is accredited with Exercise and Sport Science Australia as an Exercise Physiologist and Sport Scientist. She conducts research and teaches at Southern Cross University. Her clinical practice and research focus on the efficacy of exercise for a range of populations. Her approaches to practice include the construction of evidence-based interventions that enhance behavioural change towards a lifestyle approach to health and well-being.

Sport Psychology; chronic illness and exercise; health and wellbeing; sport performance; muscle dysmorphia; chronic fatigue syndrome.

Supervision

Rosanne has supervised a number of higher degree students, including Masters, PHD and Professional Doctorates. Projects are focused in Sport and Exercise Science and across topics relevant to curriculum and assessment in the higher education sector.
