Biography

Dr Roger Engel is a chiropractor and osteopath with over 40 years clinical experience. He has practised in a variety of settings including urban and rural private practice and private and public hospitals, both inside and outside Australia. Dr Engel is an Adjunct Associate Professor at SCU and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the Faculty of Medicine Health and Human Sciences at Macquarie University.

Research

Dr Engel research interests are in the field of chronic respiratory disease, completing a PhD in 2012 on the use of manual therapy in managing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), paediatric and maternal health and mild traumatic brain injury.
