Biography
Jo is a researcher who completed a PhD focused on the human dimensions of managing wreck divers and underwater cultural heritage. She has over 30 years of professional experience in environmental, cultural heritage, protected area, and recreation management. Joanne has scholarly interests in scuba diving, dive and heritage tourism, environment, cultural heritage, protected area and recreation management. Joanne is an avid diver, with over 35 years of diving experience, including industry experience as PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
