Dr Douglas Tait

Biography

Dr Tait is a passionate researcher whose interests cover both terrestrial and marine environments.

Dr Tait is a member of SCU's Research Clusters:

• Reefs and Oceans
• Catchments, Coasts and Communities

Dr Tait's work contributes to the following UN Sustainable Development Goals

Research

His current research involves three main areas:

1. The influence of groundwater inputs on coastal environments
2. Greenhouse gas cycling in the atmosphere and aquatic environments, and
3. The development of novel food production and wastewater systems in developing countries.
