Biography

Luke is a wetland biogeochemist and scientist with experience in greenhouse gas dynamics, groundwater, carbon cycling and an expert in tree stem methane emissions.

Research

His current research position and ARC DECRA Fellowship will lead a ground-breaking project and team exploring the role that tree play within the global methane cycle and uncover the role of their assosciated bark-dwelling microbial communites.

Supervision

Luke is currently co-supervising five PhD candidates
