Biography

Dr Aida Hurem is a lecturer in Inclusive Education with a research focus on autism, technology, international education and student experience (wellbeing and belonging). Her interdisciplinary approach to research is supported by her expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Her work focuses on enhancing the understanding and support of diverse student populations, particularly in the intersection of education and psychology. She is passionate about improving the educational experience and outcomes for students through innovative approaches that leverage technology and inclusivity.>

Dr Hurem is committed to teaching and mentoring and is keen to supervise postgraduate students who share her interest in the nexus of education, student experience, technology and psychology.
