Biography

I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Southern Cross University. Prior to this, I was a Research Fellow at the Enterprise AI and Data Analytics hub, at RMIT University. I am interested in a wide range of topics in Cybersecurity, Biometrics, Health care, and AI.

Research

My research is primarily focused on cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on Physiological Signal-Based Biometrics, such as leveraging PPG-based (Photoplethysmography) methods, to enhance user authentication in various contexts. I also delve into security analysis and vulnerability detection within software systems, employing advanced AI-driven methods to identify and mitigate potential threats. Currently, particularly focused on the intersection of LLM and cybersecurity, aiming to create robust, security solutions that ensure both the efficacy and reliability of applications in real-world scenarios. My research has been recognized at top-tier conferences and journals in the fields of Computer Security and Machine Learning.
