Biography

Katrina is an experienced Registered Nurse working predominantly with older adults in residential aged care. Katrina currently works as a nursing lecturer within the Faculty of Health. Katrina is interested in providing education to students in a supportive learning environment with an emphasis on the need for compassionate nursing care.

Research

Katrina is a PhD Candidate at SCU, exploring Registered Nurse's leadership capabilities to improve quality care in residential aged care.
