I am a naturopath, researcher, and mentor with a warm, evidence‑informed approach to natural healthcare. My background spans naturopathy, functional nutrition, Western herbal medicine, and research, allowing me to work across clinical practice, education, and scholarship in a connected and meaningful way.

I am deeply passionate about whole‑person care, clear and thoughtful communication, and practising with integrity. I value lifelong learning and collaboration, and I enjoy working alongside individuals to support their health journey. My work focuses on supporting people, particularly those with chronic pain, using a gentle, integrative, and research‑informed approach that honours individuality.
