Biography:
Ms. Abinaya Nagamuthu is as an adjunct faculty member at Southern Cross University, Australia. Her specialization was statistics, and she completed her Master's degree internship at the Indian Statistical Institute about Confidence Interval estimation. She is pursuing an advanced certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. She is also an active member of the International Indian Statistical Association (IISA). She completed a certified short course in university leadership funded by the Australian Award under the PNG-Australian Partnership.
Research
With over eight years of experience in teaching and research, Ms. Nagamuthu has been involved in a government-funded research project at IBS University, approved by the PNG Science and Technology Secretariat, from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Nagamuthu has published more than four articles in leading refereed journals at national and international levels and has attended over 20 international conferences and workshops.
Teaching
At present, Ms. Abinaya Nagamuthu teaches 'Quantitative Methods with Economics and Statistical Analysis' at Southern Cross University and 'Introduction to Business Analytics and Introduction to Calculus' at IBSUniversity. Previously, she handled units like Business Research and Cost Benefit Analysis.
