Abstract

This education statement aligns climate change education research from migrant and Global South knowledges and perspectives with the HASS Secondary (Year 7-10), Australian Curriculum proposing five key learning principles linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (2015). It also includes HASS curriculum (Year 7-10) learning outcome links mapped in the ACARA Sustainability Cross Curriculum Priority, and ‘seedlings’ for inquiry questions and suggestions for learning experiences.
