In 2008, the Glen Innes Natural Resource Advisory Committee (Glenrac) successfully gained funds from the World Wildlife Fund for the project “Raising Quoll Awareness in the Glen Innes District”. The aim of this
project was to increase awareness of quolls in the community and to reduce conflict between rural landholders and quolls to aid long-term quoll conservation. Activities included distribution of a questionnaire about quolls to all rural landholders (approximately 1,100) in the Glen Innes Local Government Area. This report summarises the results of this landholder survey.
