Abstract
Assoc. Prof. Suzi Syme presented an Australia-grounded approach to strengths-based curriculum design, feedback alignment at scale, and the purposeful use of Gen-AI in applied learning. The session outlined practical models for moderation, coordinating large marking teams, and embedding inclusive practices while maintaining consistency and quality.
