Meghan and Harry’s love story matters because it causes tension and forces a royal conversation. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding epitomises something inherently different: a shift and a change to what royalty and the British establishment means. Their relationship matters because millions of people consume the actions of the royal family as a cultural practice.
