This article surveys the slender case law on s 52 liability under s 84 and s 75B of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and concludes that these little-known paths to liability deserve a wider profile and greater use in the Federal Court as means of making corporations more accountable for their employees and employees more frequently liable for their own follies when committed in the name of their employing corporation.
