This paper evaluates the learning experiences of graduates and near graduates of a problem-based Bachelor of Nursing Programme as they facilitated their entry into their work as registered nurses (RNs). Group work, collaboration, critical thinking and lifelong learning emerged as important aspects of problem-based learning that supported the participants' work as RNs.
