What does being in a suicidal crisis feel like and how can it be expressed? This creative thesis explores some of the difficult questions inherent within the phenomena of suicide by helping to unwrap and express original voice narratives. Despite the plethora of research carried out relating to suicide, there is a serious dearth of study undertaken by suicide attempt survivors. This dissertation aims to address that void. The research is a complex process of weaving together embedded layers of memory and experience to act as a device to express and provide meaning to specific narratives. It is a multi-vocal, multi-layered, non-linear thesis.
