Abstract
This collection contains laboratory and field sample data collected across the Fitzroy River and Keppel Bay region, Queensland, Australia, between November 2022 and May 2025 as part of AquaWatch GBR bio-optical and water quality monitoring activities. The dataset includes measurements of TSS, pigments, DOC/NPOC, nutrients, optical absorption products, spectral slopes, and phycocyanin/phycoerythrin where available, alongside associated sampling metadata including station identifiers, replicate numbers, collection times, and coordinates.
