This dataset file contains the data used in the paper "Coral emissions increase aerosol and cloud condensation nuclei over the Great Barrier Reef". The dataset contains time, latitude and longitude indices in the first three columns, followed by the data. This dataset contains activation ratio, pressure, dataset index, relative humidity, temperature, wind speed, solar irradiance, black carbon concentration, total particle number concentration from CPC, cloud condensation nuclei concentration, pollution flag, particle total number concentration from a Scanning Electron Mobility Spectrometer, wind direction, critical diameter, nucleation, Aitken, accumulation and coarse mode number concentrations, the Hoppel minimum, airmass back trajectory land fraction, boundary layer height from ERA5 reanalysis, reef fraction from airmass back trajectory analysis and temperature and sea surface temperature from ERA5 reanalysis.
