To address these issues, this paper proposes a new telemedicine framework model for Bangladesh considering both technological aspects and reliability issues. The proposed model will enhance the application of telemedicine that improve the specialized healthcare access to the people living in the rural areas. Implementation of this model is expected to bring the national and international benefits both economically and socially.
