Abstract
500 leaders from education, community services, and government gathered at this Conference to explore the latest research and innovative strategies for strengthening mental health, wellbeing and safety for those we serve, and our staff. Over two days, this dynamic event featured expert keynote presentations, evidence-based research, practical case studies, and interactive workshops. Attendees gained insights into effective trauma-informed approaches, workforce wellbeing, and cross-sector collaboration to create sustainable change in schools, community services, and care-focused organisations.
