Abstract
The contemporary healthcare landscape is increasingly defined by a complex interplay of systemic and emotional challenges that place sustained pressure on the mental well-being of healthcare professionals. Rapid technological integration, staffing shortages, and escalating administrative demands contribute to rising workload intensity and emotional strain (West et al., 2020). At the same time, clinicians are frequently exposed to emotionally charged situations, such as life-and-death decisions, patient suffering, and ethical dilemmas, that test their resilience and professional identity (Williamson et al., 2018).
