Abstract
Skin is one of the body's biggest organs. It is influenced by lifestyle “insults” from both the natural and the built environment, including much of what is sold and promoted commercially as “healthy” skin products and cosmetics. Exposure to excessive dryness, heat, scrubbing, chemicals, and our obsession with cleanliness can result in skin problems that can be irritating and debilitating. A lifestyle skin care package can help prevent and overcome these problems.
