Abstract
Purpose (the aim of the study): Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) play a crucial role in guiding the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA), however inconsistencies in recommendations and poor implementation contribute to evidence-to-practice gaps. This systematic review investigated the contextual and methodological factors contributing to conflicting recommendations in CPGs for hip and knee OA.
